The Four Industrial Revolutions

Reskilling for the Fourth Industrial Revolution

Working with the best and brightest minds in our local communities and globally, we are shaping the future with the makers, innovators and entrepreneurs of a brighter tomorrow

Holistec abides by four core tenets:

1. Purpose

We help individuals identify and pursue their unique purpose.

2. Self-efficiency

We help people develop motivation, self-sufficiency, self-awareness and self-management.

3. Growth mindset:

We help people move from simply absorbing knowledge to constantly applying, improving and innovating that knowledge.

4. Digital competencies:

We equip people with essential knowledge of the right platform software, devices and tools necessary to succeed in our digital economy.

21st Century Skills

What are the skills, knowledge, values, attitudes, competencies required to “survive” in the 21st century and Fourth Industrial Revolution? What kind of education will allow people to cope with such uncertainty? According to the World Economic Forum, to do well in the 21st century, we need more than traditional academic learning. These 21st century skills are split into three categories:

Holistec is fully committed to - and driven by - the UN adopted 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.

At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for actions by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. These 17 SDG’s, represent the worlds most ambitious agenda. They recognise that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-inhand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
